  • What's the difference between Hall Effect & TMR?

Both technologies offer superior durability and drift resistance compared to traditional potentiometers, but TMR thumbsticks provide greater accuracy, sensitivity, and energy efficiency.

  • I've sent my controller, when do I get it back?

We are as fast as the shipping method used will allow it. All controller are inspected, repaired and back on their way to you next business day.

  • Will my controller disappear once sent?

No. We've been offline behind the scenes in the controller game for over 5 years. We've just recently decided to take our service online - and we plan to stay online for the long run!
